On what would have been Virgil Abloh’s 44th birthday, LVMH, the french luxury group over brands like Louis Vuitton & Moet, have sold Off-White to a brand management company based out of New York, Bluestar Alliance.

Per Hypebeast and Financial Times, details of the deal were not disclosed. LVMH acquired a 60% stake of the brand in June 2021, with Abloh maintaining 40% ownership and title as creative director, with Abloh passing shortly after in November of that year.
